We ingest public satellite and government data to find measurable gaps between what instruments can see and what anyone is acting on.
Groundwater loss. Flood exposure with no gauge. Smoke over farmland. Broadband and health-access deserts.
Document
Every detection becomes a brief: what the data shows, where, who it affects, what the uncertainty is, and what a response could look like.

From speckle
to structure.
Synthetic aperture radar is a coherent imaging system, so every acquisition arrives carrying multiplicative speckle that buries the structures underneath it. Caelus applies multi-temporal despeckling and edge-preserving filters across Sentinel-1 backscatter, then segments what survives: building footprints, road networks, standing water.
Everything downstream reads that output, not the raw scene.

Delos is the tool Caelus builds: a single instrument that turns public satellite and sensor data into a readable picture of where communities are underserved.
It layers environmental, infrastructure, and socioeconomic signals into one view, scores relative need, and surfaces the places where measurement and response have come apart. Six regional views are built into it, each tuned to the conditions of that place.
Delos is in active development. What is live today is the map, the regional views, and the first set of briefs.
